Central Coast Behaviour Support is transitioning to Brightside Behaviour Support.

It’s an exciting next step for our organisation, but for our participants and the people we work alongside, the most important message is simple:

Your services are not changing.

The transition will take place progressively over the next few months, with participants moving across to Brightside Behaviour Support in planned stages.

You do not need to do anything right now.

When it is time for you, or a participant you support, to transition, our team will contact you directly. We will explain what is happening, provide any documents you may need and clearly outline the next steps.

Throughout the transition:

• Services will continue as usual.
• Participants will transition in stages over the coming months.
• We will keep participants, families and stakeholders updated.
• We will provide clear instructions when any action is required.
• Some documents, emails, systems or other materials may continue to display Central Coast Behaviour Support while we progressively update everything to Brightside Behaviour Support.
• A Frequently Asked Questions resource will be developed to provide additional information and support.

Our focus throughout the transition is continuity — ensuring the people we support continue to receive the same high-quality service from the people they know.
