My practice is person-centred, evidence-based, and informed by a strong foundation in science and mental health. I specialise in working with individuals of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, substance use disorders, intellectual and learning disabilities, dementia, and dual diagnosis.

Brittany has a strong background in Supported Independent Living (SIL) management, community access, and staff training, and specialises in supporting participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, complex trauma, and severe mental health conditions.

Brittany is skilled in working with participants who have high-risk or challenging behaviours, and children with developmental or behavioural needs. She is committed to delivering person-centred, trauma-informed, and least restrictive supports that improve safety, independence, and quality of life.

Brittany works closely with families, support coordinators, and multi-disciplinary teams to design practical, evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans. Her focus is on empowering participants, strengthening family and staff capacity, and promoting inclusion across home, school, and community environments.

Hannah is neurodivergent educator and behaviour support practitioner with over a decade of experience working in schools and in leadership roles focusing on student welfare, Hannah brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her role.

 
Formerly a Head Teacher of Welfare with the Department of Education, Hannah has supported a variety of young people across mainstream and support settings, specialising in trauma-informed, functional approaches that are tailored to the individual. Diagnosed with ADHD and Autism as an adult, Hannah understands first-hand the barriers that neurodivergent individuals, and the frustration many families experience when navigating the NDIS, school, and allied health systems.
Hannah’s approach is collaborative, neuro-affirming, and outcomes focused. Hannah partners with all stakeholders to create meaningful, practical behaviour support plans that build functional capacity, emotional regulation, and independence in everyday life.
 
Hannah is passionate about creating safer, more inclusive environments, not just for the young people she works with, but for the parents and carers walking alongside them.
