Evidence-based support that meets you where you’re at.
At Central Coast Behaviour Support, we offer a range of NDIS-approved behaviour support services to help individuals, families, and support teams feel more confident, connected, and equipped.
We work with people across all ages and life stages—from early childhood through to adulthood—providing flexible, responsive supports that are guided by what matters most to the person.
We develop both interim and comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) that are person-centred, trauma-informed, and responsive to the individual’s needs.
Our plans focus on reducing behaviours of concern through positive strategies and skill development—not punishment.
Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
Identification of triggers, needs, and underlying causes
Strength-based, proactive and reactive strategies
NDIS-compliant and aligned with Restrictive Practices requirements
Regular plan reviews and updates
Our assessments explore why behaviours occur by looking at the person’s environment, communication, history, and unmet needs.
This helps guide effective support strategies that are tailored to the individual—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
We offer ongoing therapeutic support to help build emotional regulation, communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.
Sessions may be individual, family-based, or involve members of the person’s support network.
We provide practical, hands-on training for families, support workers, teachers, and teams to help build confidence and consistency.
Training topics include:
Understanding behaviour through a trauma-informed lens
Implementing proactive strategies
Responding to behaviours of concern safely
Reducing restrictive practices in daily support
We believe the best outcomes happen when everyone is working together.
We collaborate closely with support coordinators, allied health professionals, schools, and mental health teams to ensure continuity of care.
We provide clear, timely documentation to meet NDIS requirements, including:
Behaviour Support Plan submission to the Commission
Restrictive Practice reporting (when applicable)
Progress summaries and plan reviews
Consultation reports for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Individualised Living Options (ILO), and transition planning

We develop NDIS-compliant Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans that are practical, person-centred, and grounded in evidence. Our plans focus on improving quality of life and reducing behaviours of concern through positive, strengths-based strategies.
Our assessments dig deep to understand the why behind behaviours. We explore triggers, communication needs, and environmental factors to inform meaningful, tailored strategies that actually work in real life.
We offer ongoing sessions to help individuals build skills, regulate emotions, and improve daily functioning. These sessions are flexible and collaborative—supporting the person and their whole network over time.
